Orders are processed within 1 business day or same-day dispatch if ordered before 11am.
Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 2–6 business days depending on location.
How can I track my order?

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express option is available at checkout for faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
The good news is that standard shipping is free on all orders over $100. If your order is under $100, a small shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged. Express shipping is $14.99 across all orders.

Can I skip a month?
Yes. If you're stocked up just log into your account and skip your next delivery before it processes.
Can I change how often I receive my order?
Yes. You can adjust your delivery frequency from monthly to every 2 or 3 months depending on how quickly you go through it.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged on the same date each month, starting from the date of your first order.
